Dream Diecast Giveaways – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes is sponsored by Dream Diecast Giveaways, located in North Carolina. email: dreamdiecastgiveaway@outlook.com website: DreamDiecastGiveaways.com
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, owners, immediate family members, and household members of Dream Diecast Giveaways are not eligible to enter or win.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on 09/26/2026 and ends on 10/26/2026 ET. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
A. Purchase Entry:
Eligible participants will receive one (1) entry for every $1.00 spent on qualifying merchandise purchased through DreamDiecastGiveaways.com during the Sweepstakes Period, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts unless otherwise stated.
B. Free Mail-In Entry (AMOE):
To enter without making a purchase, hand print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and the name of the giveaway on a plain 3x5 card and mail it in a standard envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 10/20/2026 and received by 10/26/2026. Each properly submitted mail-in entry will receive the same number of entries as defined for one standard qualifying purchase entry, as stated for this promotion.
Limit one mail-in request per outer envelope unless otherwise stated. Mechanically reproduced, incomplete, illegible, or automated entries are void.
5. Prize
One winner will receive:
(1) HOT TOYS DELOREAN 1/6 Scale
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $840.00
No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about 10/27/2026 and WILL be announced via Social Media
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 24 hours, is found ineligible, or fails to complete any required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Dream Diecast Giveaways and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
12. Disputes / Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules.
13. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available on DreamDiecastGiveaways.com.
14. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
